On Friday November 16th some of the TRAIN students went on a field trip to Oak creek canyon to survey the areas wildlife. Unfortunately there was large amounts of people out hiking the area. The weather was amazing so it made sense but it was horrible for us since the wildlife was actively hiding. Regardless we had a great time. The hike was easy and the air was fresh. I can not wait for the next cohort field trip!

The trip looked so fun! Being able to see wildlife in its natural habitat is a beautiful thing that everyone should be able to cherish. I wish I went :'(. That sucks that you did not get to see as much wildlife as you would like. Must have been cool to see a tarantula in front of you. I would be so scared haha. Glad you had fun.
ReplyDeleteHi Maria! That's amazing that you got to visit such a beautiful site! I agree with Joy, it does suck that you didn't get to see as much wildlife as you would've liked, but I'm glad that the trip was still an enjoyable experience for you. From the pictures it looks like there were so many colors there! It must've been a nice change from all the brown around here haha
